Tori Spelling isn't feeling so good.

The actress is still hospitalized for bronchitis and a sinus infection, and it looks like her medical scare has shed some light on certain personal matters.

Spelling posted a photo from her hospital bed earlier today on Instagram, and paired the picture with a cryptic caption that read, "This sick in hospital I finally see how quickly life can take it all away frm you. We all need 2 step up frm inside& go 4 it! W/our friends by our side. Sadly I've finally faced truth that 1 person will never be there 4 me #TrueTori."

Who could she be talking about?! Tori didn't name any names, but there are at least two people that come to mind when speculating on who she's referring to.

One, of course, would be her husband Dean McDermott. The pair have been going through some marital troubles that are playing out on the small screen in their Lifetime docu-series True Tori, which premiered its second season earlier this week. However, despite their ups and downs, it seemed like the couple were on good terms in the end.

The other person in question would be her mother Candy Spelling, who has admitted that she and her famous daughter have had a strained relationship over the years. But, again, it seemed like these two are OK now, too.

"It's incredibly brave to share your life with the public, especially during hard times. My daughter has shown real strength and complete devotion to her beautiful family in the Lifetime Television docu-series True Tori. The second season premieres tonight," Candy wrote with a photo of Tori's family on Facebook.

Neither Dean nor Candy have posted about Tori's hospitalization.

She was admitted over the weekend after seeking medical attention for multiple symptoms, a source told E! News. According to the insider, Tori had a fever, an uncontrollable cough and trouble breathing. The reality star was hospitalized at L.A.'s Cedars Sinai hospital and was briefly quarantined while doctors examined her.

As of Monday, we were told the True Tori star was undergoing more tests and will also be seeing a lung specialist for her condition.

True Tori airs Tuesdays at 9 p.m. on Lifetime.
