Gwyneth Paltrow's got some serious dance moves!

The Oscar winner's longtime trainer Tracy Anderson shared a snippet of the fit blonde's grueling workout on her Instagram earlier today, showing her bouncing around and busting a move to hip-hop music.

"We are so happy we let you into our workouts," the fun Instagram video is captioned.

"Something you may not know about us…@GwynethPaltrow and I love moving with you MORE! Hope you had as much sweating today as we did! Green hearts for growing love."

Over the years, Paltrow has made no secret of the fact that Anderson has helped her transform her figure.

In fact, in an interview with Into the Gloss, the fitness guru revealed exactly how she was able to change the star's body and whip it into the tip-top shape that it's in today.

Anderson shared that when they first met, Paltrow had a few "problem areas," adding, "She had 35 extra pounds on her. Her butt was long and she had outer thigh problems."

He continued, "Gwyneth is lucky because she's really tall, so she can hide it really well in clothes."

She also gushed to E! News about her famous client earlier this year when we caught up with her at New York Fashion Week.

"She is just so dedicated, and what's great with her is that she's so consistent, focused and she actually puts the work in," Anderson told us.

"There is not a trick, and everyone is just not genetically blessed. Some people look at celebrities and they think, 'Oh, they have it better than me,' and it's just not true! Some celebrities are doing some unhealthy things. But someone like Gwyneth, I like to celebrate because she is really just a good example."
