The hit Fox singing competition series is back this January for season 14—yeah, you read that right, season 14!—and we've got your exclusive first look at the all-new season of good (and awful) auditions right now!

Jennifer Lopez, Keith Urban, and Harry Connick, Jr., along with host Ryan Seacrest, are all returning for this season, and even though it's always a good idea not to sing one of the judges' songs in auditions, one AI hopeful tries to get a golden ticket to Hollywood by singing "Jenny From the Block." Will Lopez cringe at hearing her own classic?

Watch the exclusive promo below to find out:

Um, how amazing would it be to duet with Jennifer Lopez? She really is still "Jenny From the Block!"

Season 14 looks like it's going to be filled with all the American Idol staples we love and we've come to expect from it, from heartwarming success stories to judges joking around with each other—and with contestants!

And if there's one thing you can always expect from American Idol, it's the smile you get while watching victorious celebrations from contestants who walk/run/dance out of the audition with their ticket to Hollywood thrust in the air!
