Is Dancing With the Stars' frontrunner about to pull out of the competition?!

Since the very first week of the ABC reality hit's season, The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air's Alfonso Ribeiro and his partner Witney Carson have dominated the competition, even scoring a perfect 40 by busting out the infamous "Carlton" dance move. And though they received the highest score (39) during Latin Night on Monday, their success came at a pretty high cost as both Alfonso and Witney danced through pretty serious injuries.

While Witney injured her back in a pretty scary moment during dress rehearsal, Alfonso was also nursing a groin injury, one that flared up during their routine, which may have stopped the couple from achieving a perfect score.

"On the dance floor, we give it our all and we hold nothing back and we do everything we can to deliver the best performance that we can regardless of whether we're in pain or not," Alfonso told E! News backstage after the show. "We were in a lot of pain tonight and midway through the routine I felt my groin pull again. We did everything we can to make it through. I was nervous during our trick...but we pulled it off."

Of course, Alfonso added that their great score this week could impact their performance during next week's Halloween-themed show. "Unfortunately, we'll be paying for it a little bit this week."

As for Witney's back injury, the blonde dancer told us, "I'm doing OK. It was a very dramatic week for me...for both of us. But I'm fine. I think it just took the wind out of me. It was more shock than anything. I feel OK. I'm just more worried about him with his groin injury now."

But Alfonso wasn't the only celebrity contestant who was holding an ice bag while chatting with us after the show: Lea Thompson was also icing an injury during our interview, jokingly telling us, "I'm a copycat! I had ice first!"

The Back to the Future star said she didn't feel any pain during her routine, but did notice some discomfort afterwards. To hear more from Lea, Alfonso and Witney, watch our interviews with them above!

Alfonso, Witney and Lea's injuries this week come after professional dancer Karina Smirnoff's recent trip to the hospital after injuring her knee and wrist.

DWTS airs Mondays at 8 p.m. on ABC.
