Tori Spelling’s baby shower has turned into a paparazzi frenzy. As I write this, Spelling is holding court at her baby shower at Elixir, a funky tea and tonic café and shop in West Hollywood.

"The paparazzi are all over the front of the place," an eyewitness reports.

But the shutterbugs aren’t the only ones shooting Spelling & Co. I hear that camera crews from Spelling and hubby Dean McDermott’s upcoming reality show, Tori & Dean: Inn Love, have also filmed the festivities.

The new show follows their decision to use Spelling’s $800,000 inheritance from her late dad, Aaron, to buy and then run a bed-and-breakfast in Southern California. The series premieres Mar. 21 on the Oxygen network.

As I was the first to report earlier this week, Spelling and McDermott’s get-together is coed and hosted by Tupperware.

Among the 50 or so guests are Spelling’s 90210 chum Jennie Garth and Loni Anderson, her TV mom from So NoTORIous. Spelling’s real-life estranged mother, Candy, is not in attendance.

The menu includes mini corndogs, cheeseburgers, tuna melts, pigs in a blanket and blueberry lemonade, according to a source.

I’m told everyone is receiving blue gift bags stuffed with about $600 worth of merchandise, including Kama Sutra Weekender love kits containing bottles of massage oils, Bellybars, Michael Stars T-shirts, pearl bracelets from www.pearlparadise.com, novelty books Haiku Mama and Penis Pokey and, of course, Tupperware products.

The bags were apparently put together by the Silver Spoon, the entertainment marketing company cofounded by Spelling’s longtime friend Melissa Lemer. It's no surprise that Spelling is the first mommy-to-be to receive fashions from Lemer’s new Silver Spoon Baby collection. Lemer apparently gifted her buddy with a newborn set featuring a onesie, bib and tees. The line actually doesn’t launch until next week at the Project Trade Show in Las Vegas.

Spelling and McDermott have confirmed they are having a boy. Spelling is said to be due at the end of March.
