James Franco has come under fire after he reportedly tackled a paparazzo, who apparently wants justice following the alleged altercation.

The 36-year-old attended the Lana Del Rey concert on Friday night at the Hollywood Forever Cemetery, where he was photographed gleefully running away from a shutterbug lying on the ground beside him with his left fist raised in the air.

While it's unclear what occurred between the two, an eyewitness tells E! News that Franco ran head first into the photog and tackled him football style, adding that the thesp was laughing but did not appear to be joking around.

TMZ reports that the paparazzo filed a report with the LAPD office on Saturday morning, claiming his camera equipment was damaged and he's now suffering from a minor back injury. A source has since confirmed to E! News that the photog filed a report with the LAPD.

Franco, who attended the concert with pal Keegan Allen, has yet to speak out about the alleged run-in. His rep has yet to respond to a request for comment.

This isn't the first time the controversial actor has headlines for his legal troubles. He was previously sued for defamation by his former NYU professor José Angel Santana after the Oscar nominee told reporters he thought Santana was a "bad teacher" (a judge later dismissed the claims).

The Spring Breakers star also found himself on the receiving end of criticism back in April when he tried to pick up a 17-year-old girl on Instagram. He later spoke out about the infamous incident in an interview with on SiriusXM's Howard Stern Show and defended his eyebrow-raising behavior.

"Seventeen is legal in New York, but that being said, it's still pretty damn young," he admitted. "They make it out like I'm pursuing young women. I'm not going to high schools looking for dates. I'm leaving my work and they're coming there...Now people say I victim-bashed her or something. Like how is she a victim? Like anybody, I was just trying to meet somebody. It's just that my dirty s--t gets put out internationally."
