Stop making Iggy Azalea upset, people!
Not even a day after the Aussie rapper and Snoop Dogg finally quashed their nasty ongoing Twitter feud, the 24-year-old revealed through a lengthy series of tweets that she is unhappy with someone else now—her Australian label.
Apparently, the latest Maxim Australia cover, which features the blond beauty seductively posing in a curve-baring monokini is a problem. Why, you ask? Well, although the snapshot is visually appealing, that specific image is from an old photo shoot and was used without Iggy's consent.
She clearly wasn't a fan of how all of this went down and decided to make that publicly known on Twitter after claiming her private messages were being ignored by the label.
Here's what she wrote:
Im going to publicly say something to the australian division of my record label right now because my message seems to be ignored privately.

stop giving permission on my behalf for magazines to purchase images of me that have already been printed in major publications for covers.

australian label, i love you guys but you allowed my image to be sold to cosmo Aus when i told you i would prefer for that not to happen.
? IGGY AZALEA (@IGGYAZALEA) October 16, 2014
and now this morning i see you've allowed maxim australia to buy an image from a 2011 complex mag shoot and put it on the cover.

i think its awesome anyone would want me on the cover of a magazine, but theres a right way to make that happen and the australian label
? IGGY AZALEA (@IGGYAZALEA) October 16, 2014
clearly aren't respecting my wishes. a magazine cover deserves an accompanying photoshoot not a reused image.

maxim australia, thanks for the love and I'm sorry no one asked me. i would have love to have given an interview & done a shoot with u guys

Meanwhile, the mag had tweeted the following:
@IGGYAZALEA we couldn't agree more! We begged both your US management and Aussie label for a cover shoot & interview but were denied.

@IGGYAZALEA Furthermore, we'd LOVE to do a shoot with you. Just say when, where and how high and we'll jump! #loveiggy #maximhot100

Have we all learned our lesson here?
Let's hope so.
