Apparently the Royal Family thought Mulberry's latest social media stunt hit a little too close to home. When the brand tweeted a photo of a few of their Kensington purses hanging from the gates at Kensington Palace—where Prince William and Kate Middleton currently reside—the Palace intervened.

According to the Daily Mail, a spokesperson for the British monarchy explained: "The image was taken without our permission and we requested that it be removed." And it was. Mulberry quickly deleted the post and said it was made "in error."  The company—who Cara Delevingne is currently the face of—did, however, keep up other tweets, which featured the satchel in other locations around London.

Despite this mistake, the luxury handbag brand actually has quite a few royal fans including the Duchess of Cambridge herself. And guessing by Mulberry's immediate compliance with the Palace, they'd clearly like to keep it that way.

Of course, Catherine has a lot more on her mind that purse pranks. For the last few weeks the expecting Duchess has been suffering from severe pregnancy sickness known as hyperemesis gravidarum. Because of her ill health, she's had to cancel several royal events and hasn't been seen in public since Sept. 8.

When William stood in for his wife on a two-day trip to Malta last month he said she was feeling "so-so."

However, after a few weeks of being treated by doctors at Kensington Palace it seems Kate might now be a little better. On Friday, the Palace confirmed both of Prince George's parents are scheduled to welcome the President of Singapore on behalf of Queen Elizabeth II at the Royal Garden Hotel on Oct. 21.

And yes, if everything goes according to plan this also means the world will get it's first glimpse of Kate's baby bump.
