Billy Eichner has a beef with Burger King!

The Billy on the Street comic is accusing the fast food giant of ripping off his comedy act in its new commercial. The 15-second clip features a man asking people questions on a sidewalk, then yelling at them in response—something Billy sees as a riff on his trademark interview style!

E! News reached out to Burger King for comment but did not receive an immediate response.

Billy, on the other hand, had a lot to say about the matter. "Hey @BurgerKing-thanks for stealing my act for ur new commercial!!" he tweeted Sunday. "Except its not as funny & everyone knows u stole it. GET YOUR OWN IDEAS."

"Oh and @BurgerKing," he added, "once you're done stealing my comedy please stop making people morbidly obese!!! Thanks so much!!!"

He urged his ardent fan base to tweet the fast food chain and "tell them to stop stealing from #BillyOntheStreet." He joked about retaliation against the Burger King, too, tweeting, "Then going over there & I'm gonna FLAME BROIL HIS DICK."

Billy was upset, but he didn't lose his sense of humor in his outrage. "So far 14 people have died in the Billy on the Street vs Burger King War of 2014!" he joked. "This must end soon...And one more thing - I INVENTED HAMBURGERS!!!"

The comic's fans weren't the only ones to jump to his defense—his famous friends were Team Billy, too.
