The twosome, who've played coy when asked about each other, seem to be slowly going public with their romance. Although Milo skipped the carpet, he did indeed show up to support Hayden. Why else would a 31-year-old dude come out to a fete for footwear worn mostly by teenage females? Um, on second thought, don't answer that.
As we were saying, besides the above snap, the two were careful not to take any cozy pics together or get all PDA crazy. Milo did, however, pose with a poster of Hayden, who's the new face of the Candie's campaign. Cute...or creepy? You decide.
