Kim Kardashian Takes Cue from Khloé's Fitness Routine, Says She ''Literally Can't Walk'' After Workout

E! star recently shed about "6 or 7 pounds"

Looks like Kim Kardashian is taking a cue from her sister Khloé and hitting the gym hard

The 33-year-old beauty took to Twitter on Thursday to sound off about her week of grueling workouts with celeb trainer Harley Pasternak, who has apparently been torturing the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star! 

"ughhh my workouts this week were torture! @harleypasternak is killing me lol! I literally can't walk..thanks Harley," Kanye West's missus wrote on the social media site. 

North West's mama is incredibly disciplined when it comes to staying fit. She's often photographed heading to and from the gym, and she's previously adopted the Atkins diet as a method for dropping unwanted lbs.

At the beginning of August, the E! star went on a Twitter rant and expressed her frustrations over not being able to lose the last bit of baby weight. 

"Off to an intense workout. Can't seem to shake this last 15-20 lbs of baby weight. No more excuses. My baby is 1 years old! UGH," she wrote. "I'm not gonna call it baby weight bc that's an excuse. I just gained weight & that's it. Why is it so much harder to lose after baby thought!

"Do any of u moms see their bodies just not the same?" she continued. "A different shape? Ughhh my hips & butt are huge now! They were big to begin with! Just need to get down to my weight a few years ago. Not gonna complain anymore. Starting diet TODAY! No carbs. Crazy workouts. Whos with me?"

Later that same month, after embarking upon her strict diet routine, she showed off her killer hourglass curves in an Instagram selfie, and a source told E! News that the svelte star had managed to shed seven pounds. 

"I did slim down," she confirmed to E! News just a few days after at the MTV Video Music Awards. "When I was tweeting about it, that was the start, and I started that day. And I did really low carbs, and I got it together. I lost like 6 or 7 pounds and I feel good. I fit into my stuff the way I wanted to. It wasn't a whole lot that I wanted to slim down, I just noticed that I wasn't fully comfortable." 

Meanwhile, Khloé and Rob Kardashian have also been keeping up with their intense fitness routines. The sibling's personal trainer Gunnar Peterson exclusively revealed to E! News that the siblings have an incredibly strong work ethic, noting that Khloé is in the gym "five days a week" while praising Rob for being "a grinder."
