A pregnancy won't stop Molly Sims from being physically fit!

The 41-year-old model and actress posted a blog on her website this week where she shared the healthy ways she is staying active while expecting.

"I am incredibly determined more than ever to be active and healthy as I can be," she shared with readers. "With a long holiday season of eating ahead of us, it is especially important to keep our fitness regimes intact."

So what tips and tricks does Sims have up her sleeves?  First and foremost, one has to do something they love and enjoy.

"If you approach your workout as drudgery, that's how it is going to feel!!" she wrote. "I promise you can find fun ways to get yourself moving that will fuel your motivation." One of Sims' personal favorite is Pilates.

Wherever your workout takes you, Sims also thinks it's a great idea to have an awesome playlist to keep you moving.  She also says it's always better when a friend joins in on the fitness fun.

"Misery loves company…JUST KIDDING," Sims explained. "It is great route to giving yourself some support and accountability."

Finally, Sims thinks every woman should look their best while burning the calories. In addition to having a pair of skinny jeans and sneakers around at all times, a little spandex wouldn't hurt anyone.

"Cute workout fashion puts a little spring in your step," she wrote before asking readers to think of Spandex as "your gym gear." As everyone likes to say, when you look good, you feel good!

Sims and her husband, Scott Stuber, announced they were expecting baby No. 2 last month. They are already proud parents to son, Brooks.

"I can't even being to explain just how excited we are for a new baby. We are so, so, so blessed as a family," she wrote on her blog. "I'm speechless at the fact that we have the opportunity to bring a second bundle of joy into the world."
