James Franco and Seth Rogen take bromance to a new level.

The BFFs and frequent collaborators are fearless in their pursuit of comedy—even if they're baring it all and trying to survive in the wilderness while "naked and afraid!"

James, 36, and Seth, 32, posted a series of nude pics to Twitter and Instagram over the weekend, seemingly teasing a spoof or actual attempt at survival on Discovery's reality show Naked and Afraid.

In one Instagram snap, James and Seth—both looking quite dirty—crouch beneath a blue tarp together. "See if me and seth can make it, NAKED and AFRAID!!!!" wrote James. "Wtf?! You'll see........"

In another full-frontal shot, the fellas wear matching messenger bags—and nothing else. "Boom, boom NAKED and Afraid," James wrote. "Me and Seth, in the bush, naked, together. For Reals."

Seth tweeted a version of the same pic, writing simply, "Soon... you will find out if me and Franco have what it takes to survive... NAKED & AFRAID!!!"

The show Naked and Afraid typically pairs a male and female survivalist together, sending them into the wilderness (sans clothes!) with the task of staying alive for 21 days. Discovery has yet to comment publicly on whether James and Seth will be appearing on the program, but Naked and Afraid's Twitter page retweeted both of the guys' tweets, making us think there's some comedic collaboration happening between the parties.

Of course, the Freaks and Geeks alums show skin and poke fun at themselves on the reg. Their best spoof, perhaps, was last year when they parodied Kanye West's "Bound 2" music video, which featured Kim Kardashian. In the aptly named "Bound 3," Seth and James recreated Kimye's every move, shot for shot.  It was good—so good, in fact, even Yeezus himself approved!

Clearly, Seth and James can cut it in the comedy world. Hopefully, though, we'll get a chance to see soon whether they can hold their own in the world of reality survival shows!
