As if you ever need an excuse to binge on tacos, tomorrow, October 4, is National Taco Day. This Mexican sandwich of spit roasted, fried or braised meats and spicy condiments will wake up any palate. But to ensure you celebrate Saturday with only the best, we've rounded up our favorite taco trucks across the country.

1. Marination Mobile, Seattle
Winners of Good Morning America's Street Food Challenge with their Hawaiian-Korean creations, expect to find a promise of the exotic in every bite. The truck is best known for the tangy-sweet slaw, secret Nunya Sauce and choices of sexy tofu (bet you never heard it called that before?), kalbi marinated beef and miso chicken.

Top Pick: Kalbi beef taco

Their Craziest Craving Stories: Once a pregnant woman flew in from New York City for just one taco. Bonus: Six different women have ordered tacos to induce labor and delivered later that same day!

Seoul Taco

2. Jefe's Original Fish Taco and Burger, Miami
This is the place to get that perfect beer-battered fish with extra crunch and a generous dollop of crema. However, Jefe can impress with his meats—chicken or pork carnitas—as much as he can with his fish.

Top Pick: Ensenada-style fish taco

Their Craziest Topping: Escargots with corn fungus, epazote, touch of cream, anise, crispy fried shallots and garlic drizzle of truffle oil.  Come on, step-out of the comfort zone!

3. Kung Fu Tacos, San Francisco
Whilst Korean-inspired tacos don't come as a surprise, Chinese tacos certainly do. Tan Truong brings Eastern flavors to Mexican street food and the result: A Char Siu taco with Hong Kong style BBQ pork.

Top Pick: Roasted duck wrapped in fresh corn tortilla and house-made mango salsa.

Their Craziest Craving Stories: A family visited them from Sweden…Yes, Sweden! They'd read about the truck in a travel magazine and made it a point to find it by tracking them down via Twitter.

Seoul Taco

4. Emerson fry Bread, Phoenix
Come here for some fun, fiery options ranging from green chili Indian taco to blackened salmon.

Best Pick: The Jazzy – It's the carne asada Indian taco with their signature carne cooked with their own adobo seasonings and sauce, fresh whole pinto beans, cheddar cheese, fresh field greens, pico de gallo, and a crema fresco drizzle with a side of fresh fire roasted tomato salsa. Yum!

Their Craziest Topping: A lobster ceviche with an avocado mousse on top of a fry bread.

5. Tacos El Bronco, Brooklyn
This Mexican machine provides comfort with Taqueria mainstays like Al Pastor, veal head and braised beef and spicy pork. Humble and without drama, this is where you get tacos straight-up Mexican style. Need a place to eat after clubbing until 3am? Come on over, they'll keep the food going until 5am.

Top Pick: Roasted pork with pineapple and roasted onions

Their Craziest Craving Stories: After their restaurant burned down the demand was still so high they'd decided to churn out kick-ass tacos from a temporary facility on wheels.

6. Seoul Taco, St. Louis
Just one irresistible combo on the menu? Bulgogi (beff), Korean salad, crushed sesame all loved-up in seoul sauce and wrapped up in a soft corn tortilla.

Top Pick: Spicy pork taco

Their Craziest Craving Stories: There's group of about 20 fans from New Jersey that drive through once a year for a cross country trip for their food. Also, the truck feeds the St. Louis Rams.
