The ever-well-put-together Carrie Underwood looks as though she knows her way around a department store.
A store full of baby paraphernalia, though? That's a whole other question!
"We went to Babies R Us and we were walking around and I was, like, 'This is just so overwhelming!" the pregnant country star, who's expecting her first child with husband Mike Fisher, lamented during an appearance on the CMT Hot 20 Countdown, airing Saturday and Sunday at 11 a.m.
"I just don't want to get the wrong things, you know," Carrie said in the exclusive sneak peek at the episode obtained by E! News. The 31-year-old singer was wearing a black jumpsuit that hugged her still tiny baby bump.
"I don't know what most of it does," she added. "There are, like, 5,000 things to choose from, and I'm like, ‘Do we need that?! I don't know!'"
But was is Carrie so stressed about? Watch the clip to find out what really scares her about the possibility of buying the wrong stuff for her baby on the way!
Meanwhile, the mommy-to-be also told CMT's Cody Alan that she's having a pretty easy pregnancy so far.
"I feel really good," she said. "I think I've been really lucky in my symptoms, thus far."
Before she and Mike become parents, Carrie will once again team with Brad Paisley to co-host the 2014 CMA Awards, their seventh year in a row doing the honors, and she's got a greatest-hits album, Something in the Water, due out in December. The title single is out now.
So she's got lots of time to shop for baby gear, make returns if need be and shop some more—we have a feeling she'll get the hang of it in no time!
