As a breast cancer survivor, Giuliana Rancic has become an inspiration to countless women who are currently battling the disease.

Not only has the E! News host spoken candidly about her personal struggles, bravely sharing her story with the world, but she also created the Fab-U-Wish charity to help women feel their best as they cope with fighting cancer.

And now that Breast Cancer Awareness month officially kicks off today, the 40-year-old stunner is sharing how she plans to further raise awareness, and no surprise, G has a few special tricks up her sleeves.

"It's exciting because Fab-U-Wish is a charity I started a couple years ago…and we recently partnered with The Pink Agenda—they're under The Breast Cancer Research Foundation—which is huge," the busy mama of one explained while promoting the new product Nescafé with Coffee-Mate on National Coffee Day. "So we're all part of this big family now which is exciting and we're actually having our gala this Thursday in New York and we're going to be auctioning off wishes—people can bid to grant wishes for very deserving women who are going through breast cancer treatments."

But that's not all the celeb fairy godmother has in store!

"What's also pretty cool is I've partnered with Sky Zone, the trampoline park, and they made a donation to Fab-U-Wish, which was really sweet of them. And for every pink sock sold at the trampoline park (because you know you have to buy the socks to be on the trampoline) and for October they are doing pink socks instead of orange and a percentage of the proceeds will go towards Fab-U-Wish so we're hoping to raise a lot of money this month for Fab-U-Wish to grant wishes for women who are undergoing breast cancer treatments."

The Fashion Police host also gushed that it's been "it's been really rewarding to grant all of these wishes" before sharing the story of one woman's wish she granted at Fashion Week.

"Her name is Nancy from Boston, she loves fashion, so I surprised her, brought her to New York, did a makeover, shopping spree and also surprised her with a visit to the Badgley Mischka showroom," Rancic revealed. "And she got dressed by Badgley Mischka, met James, which was really exciting. They dressed her and she sat front row at the fashion show."

Although Giuliana was unable to attend the event due to Joan Rivers' passing, the E! host said, "Of course I still wanted her wish to come true, so she went with a friend and had a great time."

Nancy's touching story will air as part of a Beyond Candid special "devoted to talking about breast cancer" with Rancic adding that she's "proud to be part of the [E!] network because they are playing their part in giving back."
