If there's one person who can cover Adele, it has to be Aretha Franklin!

And as it turns out, the 72-year-old Queen of Soul blows us away as she delivers her own rendition of the Brit singer's smash hit single, "Rolling in the Deep."

Released today, the track features a faster melody that is sure to get listeners moving. It also incorporates the chorus from Marvin Gaye and Tammi Terrell's classic Motown hit, "Ain't No Mountain High Enough."

It's a nice addition to a song that received the Grammy Award for Record of the Year, Song of the Year, and Best Short Form Music Video in 2012. Pretty impressive if we do say so ourselves.

The cover is just one of the many classics Franklin will sing on her upcoming album, Aretha Franklin Sings the Great Diva Classics, available on Oct. 21.

Everyone from Barbra Streisand and Alicia Keys, to Etta James and Chaka Khan will have a song covered from the "Respect" singer.

Franklin has kept a relatively low profile after a recent string of health problems forced her to cancel several shows in 2013. She would later return to work and perform at the White House where President Barack Obama famously misspelled R-E-S-P-E-C-T.

For fans of Franklin, they're just excited to hear her powerful voice once again. After all, it is her first studio album since the release of Aretha: A Woman Falling Out of Live in 2011.

Welcome back, Aretha!
