Taylor Swift Realizes She's This Close to Turning Into Dr. Evil, Right?

The feline-loving star has stepped out with her cat on at least three occasions now

Taylor Swift is a renowned cat-lover.

One of the things fans love about her most (and there are a lot of things) is the way she's always paying tribute to her beloved feline BFF Meredith Grey on social media every chance she gets, taking her furry pal on tour with her and otherwise being sure to share their special moments together with her fans.

So, it was no surprise when she added Olivia Benson, a Scottish Fold kitten, to her brood. Welcome to the family, Liv!

But Taylor has now been spotted on at least three occasions carrying that kitten around with her when she goes out. In her arms, not in a carrier.

Which, she recently explained, is because Olivia (despite being named after Mariska Hargitay's tough-as-nails Law & Order: SVU character) totally freaks out when she tries to put the little cutie in her carrier.

Fair enough, but that still doesn't change that fact that she's carrying a cat around with her in public—and presumably she holds and pets that sweet bundle of fluff quite a bit when she's home, whether alone or while entertaining...

Which is why Taylor is basically a well-dressed version of Dr. Evil at this point.

Sure, she's not maniacal or out to kill Austin Powers, but when it came to devoted kitty worship, you can't really beat Mike Myers' evil-medical-school graduate and his prized pet, Mr. Bigglesworth (or, if you want to go old-school, Ernst Blofeld and his trademark white cat).

If Dr. Evil had an Instagram, we assume it would be full of adorable cat videos, too!

We're not knocking photos of Taylor and Olivia, all of which are cute, and T.Swift is far too lovely to actually resemble some over-the-top movie villain (so many cat lovers among them).

Rather, we just recommend that she stay away from gray pantsuits this fall and try not to visit any evil petting zoos.
