The duo dined at Hakkasan and held hands as they made their way inside the trendy eatery.
North West's mama was dressed to the nines for her dinner date, wearing a white longsleeve A.W.A.K.E. by Natalie Alaverdian dress and her favorite Balenciaga white pumps.
The E! reality star styled her hair pulled back in a low ponytail and rocked her signature smoky eye paired with a nude lip.
"Got glam from my glam idol @CTilburyMakeUp tonight in London," Kim wrote on Instagram alongside a pic of her with the makeup artist.
And while her ensemble was decidedly classy for the night outing, it was her hubby's outfit that seemed to catch all the attention.
The Yeezus rapper donned a pair of ripped black skinny jeans, brown ankle boots, a white billowy shirt and a patterned blazer to stay warm.
He was also still rocking his new dramatic hairdo: arrows shaved all around his entire head. Yup, there's a lot going on here.
The 33-year-old recently gushed on the Today show that she and Kanye are planning on growing their family, saying that she "would love two more, but we'll see!"
"Of course, I would love to have another child," she explained. "I'm going to have one more and see what it's like."
Kim also admitted on the morning news program that her relationship with Yeezy "does feel different" since tying the knot back in May.
She then added that she saw "more of a change in him" after baby Nori was born last year.
