The 47-year-old actor has started filming his supernatural action movie with quite the brand-new look. In a picture posted Tuesday on Facebook, Diesel practically looks unrecognizable as he works a brown mustache and beard.
It's so long he even needs a few hair ties to keep the beast under control and away from his mouth!
He also debuted a new hairdo shaped as a Mohawk. Wouldn't you agree it's similar to Macklemore's signature hairstyle?
In the upcoming film, The Last Witch Hunter, Diesel plays a semi-immortal witch hunter wandering the streets of modern New York City. Along the way, he's forced to partner with his natural enemy, a female witch.
Together, the two must stop a villainous witch queen from obtaining even more power, which could cause negative effects for all of humanity.
The Hollywood Reporter first confirmed Game of Thrones star Rose Leslie would play the good female witch who also happens to be Diesel's love interest. Hope she doesn't mind that crazy beard!
Elijah Wood and Michael Caine also star in the film that is scheduled to be released in the fall of 2015.
Fans hoping to see Diesel clean-shaven and with his memorable bald look are also in luck. The actor will reprise his role as Dominic Toretto in Fast & Furious 7.
Although production was delayed after the tragic death of Paul Walker, Diesel and the crew were able to finish the highly anticipated flick.
The big-budget project is scheduled to be released on April 3, 2015.
