The Oscar-nominated actor, who once dreamed of becoming a professional break-dancer, proved he's got mad flow at club owner Richie Akiva's birthday celebration at 1OAK in West Hollywood Thursday. DJ D. Painter uploaded an Instagram video of DiCaprio rapping "Scenario" with Jamie Foxx, writing, "Epic to say the least. @1OakLA was insane last night! He's wearing a hat and has a huge beard but trust me, it's Leo."

The Shutter Island star wasn't the only person who showed up to party with Akiva. In addition to Foxx, Jason Derulo, Diddy and Robin Thicke hit up the bash. Prior to the star-studded event, Akiva posted an Instagram picture he took with DiCaprio and Usher in 2007. "What an amazing night! But tonight will be my first LA birthday @1oakla hopefully it will be as memorable can't wait!" the birthday boy captioned. "See u there!"
Two days after DiCaprio fêted his friend, he was named the UN Messenger of Peace in New York City. The movie star received a special certificate to mark the honor. "I feel a moral obligation to speak out at this key moment in human history—it is a moment for action," DiCaprio said in a statement. "How we respond to the climate crisis in the coming years will likely determine the fate of humanity and our planet." On Sunday, the 39-year-old actor joined Evangeline Lilly, Edward Norton and Mark Ruffalo for the People's Climate March, which calls for political and economic changes to slow global warming. That night, the Golden Globe-nominated Wolf of Wall Street star attended the Clinton Global Citizen Awards.
When he accepted the Clinton Global Citizen Award for philanthropy, DiCaprio said, "Climate change is compromising the very livability of our planet." After explaining that "less than three percent of all philanthropic giving goes toward protecting and preserving our environment," he urged people "to put environmental issues at the forefront of the human agenda."
"Together we can find ways to scale up funding and create intelligent partnershipsm," he said. "By protecting our oceans and our wildlands we allow species to recover, local communities to thrive and ultimately maintain a stable climate for all life on earth."
The Titanic star continued, "The world is now at a turning point and climate change is the defining issue of our time…The task before us to protect this planet will require the largest movement in human history. It will have to cross all cultural, religious and political boundaries. But the good news is the solutions are ready and with leaders like the ones in this room who do not shrink in the face of crisis. They can rise, they can inspire and they can contribute. And that truly is the best hope of planet earth."
