Olivia Pope can handle just about everything...except maybe all the long and eloquent speeches Shonda Rhimes writes for her!

Yes, it's true: even Olivia Pope gets tongue-tied. Or rather, Kerry Washington gets tongue-tied, just like the rest of the Scandal cast, and we've got it all on video!

E! News has your exclusive look at the Scandal season three gag reel from the DVD (available Sept. 23), and it's filled with almost every single cast member royally screwing up their lines. From Washington to Scott Foley to Columbus Short to Jeff Perry, no one is immune to a line flub here and there.

But which cast member screws up their lines the most? Watch the exclusive video below to find out!

Trick question...it's not a regular cast member at all. It's actually guest star Paul Adelstein!

Adelstein plays rival fixer Leo Bergen on the ABC hit drama, and while he appears cool, calm and collected in the face of having to fix his client, the Vice President of the United States, murdering her own husband and going crazy, his bloopers are as hilarious as can be.

When Scandal returns for season four, there are going to be some major shake-ups in the cast. First, Short will not be returning as OPA gladiator Harrison, since he exited the series this past spring after he was arrested and charged with battery after an alleged bar fight in March. "At this time I must confirm my exit from a show I've called home for 3 years, with what is the most talented ensemble on television today," Short said in a statement. "I would like to first thank Shonda Rhimes for the opportunity to work with such an amazing cast. Everything must come to an end and unfortunately the time has come for Harrison Wright to exit the canvas."

Plus the First Daughter is going to look a little different. E! News confirmed that the role of President Fitz and First Lady Mellie's daughter Karen Grant has been recast, and Body of Proof's Mary Mouser will now play the role previously portrayed by Madeline Carroll.

Scandal season four premieres Thursday, Sept. 25 at 9 p.m. on ABC.
