Another half-sister for Meredith Grey (Ellen Pompeo)? Seriously?! Her family tree just keeps getting more and more complicated on Grey's Anatomy.

The doc already had to deal with meeting two half-sisters a few years ago, first when her father Thatcher (Jeff Perry) brought Molly (Mandy Siegfried) into Seattle Grace Hospital in season two, and then when Lexie (Chyler Leigh) was forced to perform her internship at Seattle Grace after her mother died.

Of course, all Grey's fans know that Mere and Lexie ended up becoming really close after years of working together, and treated each other like real sisters before Lexie's untimely and violent death after the season eight finale plane crash. [Sobs.]

But Meredith is about to go through this all over again in season 11 of the ABC hit drama, and E! News has your exclusive first look at how Meredith will treat her newly discovered half-sister Maggie (Kelly McCreary) in the premiere.

Watch the exclusive clip above now!

Poor, poor Meredith. First her father put her through this complicated mess, and now her mother is doing it from beyond the grave? Maggie is Ellis Grey's (Kate Burton) and Richard Webber's (James Pickens Jr.) secret love child that Ellis gave up for adoption many years ago, but she resurfaced in the final moments of the season 10 finale and now is working at Grey Sloan Memorial Hospital. Based on the tense clip above, it looks like Meredith is not happy about yet another half-sister showing up to work at her hospital.

In fact, she's downright pissed.

Will Maggie and Mere overcome their initial hatred of each other and end up like Lexie and Mere did? If so, Maggie better avoid any kind of air travel, just to be safe.

Grey's Anatomy season 11 premieres Thursday, Sept. 25, at 8 p.m. on ABC.
