While Rosie O'Donnell may be willing to let it go (at least, according to Rosie O'Donnell), the 52-year-old View host certainly isn't ready to do so without first having her feelings be heard.
After announcing that "there has been a very disturbing and distressing thing that has happened in the news" on Thursday's episode of the ABC talk show, the comedian referenced Mayim Bialik's most recent blog post in which the Big Bang Theory star didn't hold back while expressing her distaste of the wildly popular Disney flick Frozen.
And apparently, the former Blossom star's anti-Frozen sentiments were simply too much for O'Donnell to handle as she fired back at Bialik and defended the animated film on The View, explaining why, in her mind (although we're sure many would agree) Frozen is one of the best movies of all time—not to mention the highest-grossing film of 2013.
"I just want to say, that I feel that Frozen is the best Disney movie ever made—full disclosure—Disney is the parent company of the show, but I'm just saying it because it's true. I've seen it 250 times, I can say it, every word of it, memorized, I love it like the rest of America, but Blossom apparently doesn't."
She then proceeds to recap the 38-year-old star's three main points of criticism in her icy blog post (here's more on that) before telling Mayim, "this kind of crap can't happen about my movie."
"You know what I'm going to do Mayim?" the 52-year-old talk show host warns.
"Split screen!" she says referring to her infamous 2007 feud with Elisabeth Hasselbeck which led to the comic's premature exit from the show (naturally the camera cut to a split screen of O'Donnell and a smiling photo of Bialik as Rosie swore to her that "we will duke this out" on the show).
"Normally, I hate the split screen," the returning moderator added, "But now I love it. So, in honor of Mayim Bialik and Blossom, I'd like to give everyone a Frozen DVD."
Touché, Rosie, and don't worry, Mayim—your sentiments may not be shared, but the Big Bang Theory is still a top comedy!
