Meghan Trainor likes to "Shake It Off," too.

The "All About That Bass" singer gave Taylor Swift's incredibly catchy new single her own special twist. During an appearance on the Dan and Maz radio show, Trainor gave "Shake It Off' an acoustic spin as she gave the normally upbeat song a more mellow melody with the help of her ukelele and killer vocals.

But what was even more interesting is she kinda sang it to T.Swift. At one point in the song, she (semi) rapped, "So Taylor, shake 'em off, don't let 'em get to ya/ Go ahead and dance like there ain't nobody watchin' ya/ Shake like a polaroid picture/ You got the fans like 'we wanna dance witcha."

OK, Meghan, we see you!

Meanwhile, Trainor's booty-friendly single "All About That Bass" has been crushing it on the charts. Her debut hit leads for a second week in a row as the No. 1 song on the Billboard Hot 100 list, beating out a number of well-known crooners (including her inspiration for this cover).

Below "Bass" is Swift's former two-week No. 1 "Shake It Off" at No. 2 for a second week; Nicki Minaj's "Anaconda" stays at No. 3 for a third week; Iggy Azalea's "Black Widow," featuring Rita Ora rises to No. 4; and Minaj's "Bang Bang," with Jessie J and Ariana Grande, backtracks to No. 5 from its No. 4 spot.
