It's hard to believe Don't Be Tardy star Kim Zolciak gave birth to twins last November. But judging by her sexy physique, the baby weight has come right off!

The Bravo reality star posted a smokin' hot swimsuit bod pic on Instagram Wednesday that proves hard work pays off.

"I'm loving my new swimsuits #havefaithswimwear," the mother-of-six wrote on Instagram. "thank you so much @jenniferstano...I feel so much better in a swimsuit now thanks to #310shakes. @310nutrition vanilla is my favorite."

In the shot, Zolciak shows off some major cleavage in a bright colored suit with a black bow waistband. The former Real Housewives of Atlanta star also tied her long hair up to give fans the perfect view.

Sexy selfies are nothing new for the hot mom who posted one just two months ago. At the time, Zolciak was wearing a black, strapless bikini with bright green accents.

She captioned it by saying, "Another @beachbunnyswimwear I tried on today!!! Im obsessed with swimsuits! I won't even tell u how many I own!! #beenthesamesizemyentirelife Even after 6 kids!! #grateful #curvalicious."

The reality star was on Real Housewives of Atlanta for nearly five seasons before leaving the show to focus on her own spin-off.
