Teresa Giudice and husband Joe Giudice have been married for years and have four daughters together.

But is their marriage falling apart as a possible separation—by way of prison bars—looms in the near future?

In response to rumors that the Real Housewives of New Jersey stars have been fighting as their Sept. 23 sentencing date on fraud and, in Joe's case, tax evasion charges approaches, the couple's crisis manager exclusively tells E! News that the reports are completely false.

"There is no truth to the rumors that my clients Joe and Teresa Giudice are having any marital issues," says Wendy Feldman. "In fact, their legal issues have brought them closer together. They remain devoted to each other and their four beautiful daughters."

They are having to let go of some things, however. The couple have put their Towaco, N.J., mansion on the market for $3.99 million ahead of the imminent upheaval.

Feldman also tells E! News that, despite some reports that it's already been decided that Teresa will be sentenced to house arrest rather than jail time, nothing is final yet.

"There is not a person around who could make a statement regarding the outcome of this case and have it be accurate," Feldman says. "The judge has not received all of the legal filings and the decision will be hers. Every member of this legal team, and Joe and Teresa, have great respect for our criminal justice system and understand how this process works."

An ultimately 41-count indictment charged Teresa and Joe with multiple counts of fraud related to their 2009 bankruptcy filing, and Joe was charged with tax evasion for failing to report over $1 million of income between 2004 and 2008. They ultimately pleaded to four fraud counts and he also pleaded to a count of failure to file income taxes. He's facing a possible prison sentence of 37 to 46 months in jail and Teresa could get between 21 and 27 months.

Sentencing was originally scheduled for July 8 but was postponed till later this month.

Throughout the legal ordeal, Teresa and Joe have seemingly maintained a united front, celebrating their 14th wedding anniversary last November and enjoying time with their kids.

On Monday Teresa shared a recent-looking professional portrait of herself and her husband, writing, "Looking at my honey smile makes me smile."

She told E! News in July that shooting the latest season of Real Housewives was hard but it was "all about family" for her.

"Joe is my backbone. I'm his," she said. "My daughters, you know, waking up every morning, seeing their beautiful smiles. They're healthy, that's what makes me happy."
