Newly Single Khloé Kardashian Hits the Gym After French Montana Breakup: "Tired...but I Pushed Through"

E! star has fiercely re-committed to her fitness routine after claiming she had gained at least 10 pounds recently

Khloé Kardashian has been keeping her eye on the prize, relationship drama be damned.

Just hours after the world found out that she and rapper French Montana had split up after about eight months of dating, the newly single E! star hit the gym and powered through a high-intensity workout, refusing to miss a beat in her usual routine.

"G Series @gunnarfitness...I was tired today but I pushed through," she Instagrammed a pic of her perky hot pink sneakers, giving a shout-out to trainer Gunnar Peterson.

Khloé may have been distancing herself from Montana of late, despite still thinking that he's a "great guy," but she has been all about exercise, lamenting on Twitter last week during a chat with fans that she had gained at least 10 pounds.

Hence her fierce re-commitment to fitness.

Last week she shared some rather intense videos, two days in a row, from her training sessions with Gunnar. During one, his voice can be heard reminding all who care to listen, "Do not mess with K.K."

"The wise words of @gunnarfitness," Khloé agreed.

Gunnar does certainly keep things interesting, adding his own brand of motivation while his charge was pushing a weights-laden cart across the gym—sort of old-school, Rocky-style training!

"I'm not sure what's funnier... Gunnar's commentary or my weird waddle," Khloé cracked.

And despite the bumps on her personal road, she was back in the gym yesterday, humorously alerting her fans via Twitter that she had run smack into a pic of mom Kris Jenner in a bikini hanging on the gym's wall.

Then back at it today...
