It's Oprah like you've never seen her before!

For the October issue of O, The Oprah Magazine, the media mogul opted to rock a series of bold and beautiful looks for four separate covers, all of which are equally stunning.

And despite the fact that the 60-year-old talk show host had only slept two hours before the draining 12-hour photo shoot, she kept her spirits up on set and of course, was always the consummate professional.

According to the mag, when the shoot wrapped at 9 p.m., the crew broke out into a round of applause, and clearly, the praise is well-deserved as all four looks are bound to turn heads. The issue, which is themed "See Life Through a News Lens!," hits newsstands on Sept. 16, so let's take a closer look at the OWN boss' dramatic makeover:

For the first cover, Oprah channels her traditional style, sporting a yellow Badgley Mischka caftan, an emerald and diamond ring by Nina Runsdorf as well as a diamond and emerald link bracelet by Sanjay Kasliwal and a green agate and black spinel cuff by Matthew Campbell Laurenza.

She cradles the side of her face with her right hand and is surrounded by a beautiful bouquet of flowers, smiling while appearing as if she is pondering one of life's biggest questions.

"As it turns out, none of us is 'normal,'" she tells the publication, speaking of how utterly each and everyone one of us is. "Which means that all of us are."

Wise words, Ms. Winfrey.

As for the second cover, the TV beauty plays up her gorgeous eyes, wearing bright purple eyeshadow and matching amethyst rings. Rocking a hooded dress by Marc Bouwer Couture and pink sapphire earrings by Sutra while wearing her hair in soft curls, the cover features the quote, "Every woman needs a little mystery and a lot of color."

And turns out, Oprah's love of makeup extends beyond her time on set.

"I love makeup," she dished. "I love playing with makeup. I have drawers of makeup. It's hard throwing away makeup, but you should."

In the third image, the famous producer is sporting a super short 'do and some fierce fringe which she paired with bright red lipstick to amp up the intensity and add a pop of color.

"When in doubt, be bold!" reads the quote on the cover in which she's wearing a white blouse with a trendy collar by Teri Jon as well as earrings by Roberto Coin.

Oprah is pictured below getting her hair perfected by Andre Walker, her longtime hairstylist and creator of The Gold System (which he uses on Oprah).

While the talk show titan certainly has to trouble chatting with others, Winfrey revealed that she relishes the precious time she's able to spend by herself.

"Most people would be surprised to know how much time I spend alone," she admitted. "Not lonely. Just alone. With myself. I crave silence. It's how I balance out the volume that's necessary to run a network and a magazine and remain somewhat sociable. What make me me is being able to return to stillness. Like now: sitting and hearing nothing but the undercurrent hum of my house."

Last, but certainly not least, the philanthropist channeled Beyoncé in the final cover, showing off her penchant for boho-inspired jewelry in a diamond halo and matching handpieces by Yeprem.

As for the accompanying quote? "What's life without a little sparkle?"

Couldn't have said it better. Keep on shining, Oprah!
