Teen Wolf Season Finale: Who Survived the Berserkers?

Everything went a little berserk(er) in Beacon Hills tonight

Everyone. That's who survived the Berserkers.

That was one crazy Teen Wolf finale in that no one died, and it ended…happily?

For a second, it looked like Derek was a goner and as his beautiful eyes closed after a bloody encounter with a berserker, a single tear fell dramatically down our cheeks. We were left hanging through several other scenes before a big black blue-eyed wolf attacked Kate. Turns out Derek wasn't dying, he was evolving, and dang was he happy about it. He was also shirtless. We have no complaints about this scene, except perhaps for the fact that Kate got away.

For a second, it looked like Berserker Scott was going to continue to be a problem, but the spell was broken by the dulcet tones of baby werewolf Liam, who, with Scott's Berserker-hands around his neck, calmly reminded his friend that he was actually a werewolf, and not a giant skull monster.

Once Scott was back to alpha-mode, he had an epic fight with Peter and was so close to killing him, but we guess we're ok with the alternative: Peter in a mountain-ash-lined cell at Eichen House, with Dr. Valack as his roommate.

Lydia and Mason (who's totally in the "knows about supernatural stuff" club now) also had a fight with some berserkers, but they were saved by the sheriff and some explosives.

Kira, meanwhile, got her first tail, and Chris decided to head off with the Calaveras to track Kate down.

We were left with just one question: What on earth is Deputy Parrish? Unfortunately that's going to have to wait until season 5, but at least he's got Lydia and the bestiary to help him figure it out.

So what did you think of this finale? Was it a satisfying end to season 4? What do you think will happen in season 5? Sound off in the comments!
