The 21-year-old twerking pop star channeled Lil' Kim again, this time taking it a step further. She appeared topless at designer Alexander Wang's after party on Saturday wearing ice cream cone-shaped sequin pasties with tassels over her nipples. She also wore black pants.
Cyrus, known for her risqué social media posts and recently appeared "busted ass naked," shared several photos and even a video of herself at the party on her Instagram page.
She clarified in one of the captions that she does not "have some weird rash" but rather got "got pink glitter rubbed all over me on the party bus."
