Hey Arrow fans, you should probably sit down for this.

The CW just released an all-new season three promo for the hit comic book series, and we're not exaggerating when we say that it's H-O-T.

Let's paint a picture for you: Team Arrow on a high-speed chase. Oliver (Stephen Amell) asking Felicity (Emily Bett Rickards) if she likes Italian for their real-life date. Oliver and Felicity making out. We repeat, Olicity making out!

Drop everything and watch the new promo right now below:

Yeah, we don't blame you if you go ahead and rewatch that a few more times.

In addition to that steamy Olicity makeout sesh (we can't get over the fact that we just said those words!), so much insane action went down in that epic trailer, once again proving that Arrow is better than most blockbuster movies these days. In the new footage, it's clear that Team Arrow is at the top of their game, cleaning up Starling City so much that Laurel (Katie Cassidy) might be out of a job soon!

Plus, Roy Harper (Colton Haynes) suits up as Arsenal, the Black Canary/Sara (Caity Lotz) returns to Starling City, Malcolm (John Barrowman) trains Thea (Willa Holland) in how to fight, Laurel kicks some major butt, Ray Palmer (Brandon Routh) catches the eye of Felicity (no!) and ultimate DC baddie Ra's al Ghul confronts Oliver!

DC Entertainment

That's right, we've finally been introduced to the man who will portray one of the most frightening villains ever. E! News has confirmed that Riddick star Matt Nable has been cast to play the recurring role of Ra's, the leader of the League of Assassins, and father of Nyssa al Ghul (Katrina Law). Proud and unforgiving, Ra's is a ruthless strategist, a master of martial arts, and a shaper of history. We will first meet Ra's in the fourth episode of season three (and 50th episode of the series!), "The Magician."

Now excuse us while we go back and rewatch the footage yet again. It's just that good.

Arrow returns Wednesday, Oct. 8 at 8 p.m. on the CW.
