Former Tonight Show host Jay Leno presented the award to the cast and producers of the hit sitcom. In winning the fifth consecutive award, Modern Family tied NBC's beloved Frasier with consecutive wins for Best Comedy Series.
Ty Burrell took home the Emmy for Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Comedy Series earlier in the evening for his work on the ABC comedy.
