Watch: Julianne Hough Talks "Dancing With the Stars"

Julianne Hough is excited about her return to Dancing With the Stars, but she understands things are going to be much different now that she's a judge, not a dancer!

Derek Hough sent his sister a text congratulating her on the news, as did judge Carrie Ann Inaba and host Tom Bergeron. "I'm feeling the love," she gushed to E! News at Heineken US Open Kickoff Party at PHD in Dream Downtown. And while she hasn't "gotten the butter-me-up requests yet," she said, the sucking up might not start until season 19 is actually underway!

So will Julianne be a harsh judge, or will she cut the pros and their partners some slack because she knows what it's like to be in their shoes? According to her, she's going to be similar to Len Goodman and Bruno Tonioli in her scoring and critiques.

"I think I'm a Luno," she said with a laugh, "because I have a little bit of encouragement like Bruno does [in his critiques], but I also have some honesty and pinpoints, too."

Fair enough. Julianne is also predicting she might butt heads with some of the judges and the dancers. Eek! So who, exactly, might be involved in the DWTS drama?! Watch the clip above to find out!
