Clearly, none of us have forgotten that one picture of her in Ibiza, and now the young actress has stepped out in an outfit that is, well, hard to explain (but we'll do our best). LiLo was photographed leaving The Bowery Hotel in New York City wearing an all-black ensemble that consisted of sequin shorts and a see-through blouse that looked like a bib and made it very easy to see Lindsay's (possibly see-through?) bra.
It's basically like Lohan wanted to show off some side boob but then got shy and therefore put on a barely-there brassiere.
Meanwhile, it looks like Lindsay is one of the latest celebs to take on the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge, and she did it in front of a live audience!
The actress, who was strutting a different all-black outfit while appearing on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, shared a photo of her getting a bucket full of ice water dumped on her head by Jimmy Fallon during an appearance on the show.
"@jimmyfallon and @fallontonight #ALSBUCKETCHALLENGE can't wait for my nominations ... Guess an English rose," she wrote on Instagram.
