This year's ceremony is set to air live on Monday, Aug. 25 on NBC from the Nokia Theatre L.A. Live and you can watch all the celebrities showcase the best (and worst) fashions on the red carpet before the ceremony, on E! Online and on the E! Entertainment Network.
In addition to honoring the best in television over the past year, the show is set to feature a special tribute to a beloved actor who has appeared on both TV and the big screen.
Who's expected to show up at the Emmys? A list of confirmed presenters can be found below, but you can also check out the 2014 Emmy nominations list.

Countdown to the Red Carpet: The 2014 Primetime Emmy Awards, hosted by E!'s Giuliana Rancic and Ross Mathews and featuring Kelly Osbourne and Kristin Dos Santos in the E! Skybox, will air on Monday at 6 p.m. ET / 3 p.m. PT.
And yes, E!'s popular signature "Glam Cam 360" and "Mani Cam" are back and in addition, viewers will be able to check out what celebrities are carrying with the all-new "Clutch Cam."
2. Who's the host of the 2014 Emmy Awards and which TV shows does he like?
Seth Meyers (pictured above), a Saturday Night Live veteran who was the face of the hit NBC show's "Weekend Update" segment for more than eight years, is hosting the Emmys for the first time this year. You can watch his NBC talk show Late Night with Seth Meyers on weeknights at 12:35 a.m. ET on NBC.
Don't expect Meyers to pull a Hugh Jackman or Neil Patrick Harris. He told E! News that he does not plan on performing a musical number at the Emmys.
"We can leave that to other people," he said.
Wondering who Meyers himself is rooting for at the Emmy Awards? Well, the comedy actor and writer has in the past named several programs as his favorites, listing current nominees Game of Thrones, Mad Men, Breaking Bad True Detective and Fargo in an interview with Zap2It. During a chat with friend, Chappelle's Show creator and comedian Neal Brennan that was posted on Vulture in January, Meyers cited the Emmy-winning British miniseries Sherlock, which stars Benedict Cumberbatch, who is also nominated this year, as "perfect."
3. Robin Williams tribute
The beloved actor died on Aug. 11 at age 63. Before making amazing films such as Dead Poets Society, Hook and Good Will Hunting, which earned him an Oscar, Williams was a standup comedian and TV star. His breakout role was a funny alien on the 1970s sitcom Mork & Mindy (pictured above).
Williams will receive a special tribute at the 2014 Emmy Awards, courtesy of fellow veteran entertainer and comic Billy Crystal.
4. In Memoriam
In addition to Williams, the annual ceremony will again honor other television stars who passed away since the last Emmy Awards aired. The segment will feature a performance from Sara Bareilles.
5. Which celebrities will appear at the 2014 Emmy Awards?
The following is a list of 38 stars confirmed to present at the ceremony:
Adam Levine—the Maroon 5 singer and veteran coach of NBC's The Voice will grace television's biggest night with his sexy smirk.
Allison Janney—the fan-favorite actress won three Emmys for her role on The West Wing and at the recent preliminary Creative Arts Emmys, took home the prize for Outstanding Guest Actress in a Drama Series for her part in Showtime's Masters of Sex. She can be seen regularly on the CBS series Mom.
Allison Williams—the actress plays self-absorbed Marnie on HBO's Girls and will take the stage (and the ropes) as Peter Pan in NBC's live musical broadcast, which is set to air in December.
Amy Poehler—the SNL alum is nominated for her role as Leslie Knope on NBC's Parks and Recreation for the fourth time this year.
Andy Samberg—the SNL alum, who won an Emmy in 2007 for co-writing the hit song "D--k in a Box," is nominated for his first Emmy Award for acting this year, for his role on FOX's Brooklyn Nine-Nine.
Bryan Cranston—the actor has won three Emmys for playing Walter White, aka Heisenberg, on the Emmy-winning AMC show Breaking Bad, which ended its five-year run earlier this year. This year, the actor is nominated for his sixth Emmy for his role.
Chris Hardwick—the former co-host of MTV's Singled Out and comedian is known for hosting Comedy Central's @midnight and AMC's The Walking Dead post show Talking Dead.
Debra Messing—the actress, recently seen on Smash, won an Emmy Award in 2003 for her role on Will & Grace. She stars in the new NBC series The Mysteries of Laura, which debuts in September.
Gwen Stefani—the ska and pop star and lead singer of No Doubt will make her onscreen debut as a coach on NBC's The Voice when the singing competition series returns for season 7 in September.
Halle Berry—this Oscar-winning actress returned to television earlier this year, appearing in Steven Spielberg's CBS series Extant
Hayden Panettiere—she plays country and pop star Juliette Barnes on ABC's Nashville.
Jim Parsons—the actor has won three Emmys for his role as Sheldon Cooper on CBS' The Big Bang Theory and is nominated for his part again this year. He also received an additional nomination, for his performance in the HBO movie The Normal Heart.
Jimmy Fallon—the new Tonight Show host and king of viral videos is a three-time Emmy winner. He recently took home an award for a guest hosting spot on his former series, SNL, while his both the sketch comedy program and his NBC late-night talk show are nominated for Outstanding Variety Series.
Jimmy Kimmel—his ABC talk show Jimmy Kimmel Live! has won three Emmys in the past, including one for its 2008 viral video hit, "I'm F--king Matt Damon!," and is nominated for Outstanding Variety Series this year.
Joe Morton—at the preliminary Creative Arts Emmy Awards this month, the Speed actor won his first Emmy, for his guest role on ABC's Scandal.
John Mulaney—the SNL writer appears in the new FOX comedy series Mulaney, which debuts in October.
Julia Louis-Dreyfus—the Emmy-winning Seinfeld alum has won the award for Outstanding Lead Actress in a Comedy Series for her role on Showtime's Veep every year since its 2012 debut and is nominated again this year.
Julia Roberts—the Oscar-winning actress scored an Emmy nomination this year for her role in the HBO movie The Normal Heart.
Julianna Margulies—the actress last won an Emmy in 2011, for her role as Alicia Florrick on CBS' The Good Wife, and is nominated for the fourth time for her part this year.
Kate Walsh—the Private Practice alum appeared on FX's Fargo and stars in the new NBC series Bad Judge, which premieres in October.
Katherine Heigl—she won her first Emmy in 2007 for her role on Grey's Anatomy and after several popular comedy films, including Knocked Up and 27 Dresses, is returning this fall to star in NBC's State of Affairs.
Keegan-Michael Key and Jordan Peele—the dynamic duo star in the Comedy Central sketch comedy series Key and Peele, which is nominated for two Emmys this year. The two also busted out some smooth—and not-so-smooth—moves on Fargo, in which they played FBI agents.
Kerry Washington—the actress is nominated for her first Emmy, for her role as Olivia Pope on ABC's Scandal.
Lena Headey—the actress is nominated for her first Emmy, for her role as Cersei Lannister on HBO's Game of Thrones.
Liev Schreiber—the actor plays the title role on Showtime's Ray Donovan.
Lucy Liu—the Kill Bill vixen plays Dr. Joan Watson in CBS' Sherlock Holmes adaptation, Elementary.
Matthew McConaughey—still fresh off his first Oscar win for Dallas Buyer's Club, Mr. "Alright, alright, alright" is nominated for his first Emmy this year, for his scene-stealing (and arguably "Big Hug"-worthy) role as a brilliant, misanthropic investigator in True Detective.
Mindy Kaling—the former The Office star heads the FOX show The Mindy Project.
Octavia Spencer—the actress won an Oscar in 2012 for her role on The Help and stars in the new ABC medical drama, Red Band Society, which debuts in September.
Ricky Gervais—the co-creator of the The Office and star of its original British version has won one Emmy for acting, for his role on Extras, and is nominated this year for his performance on the Netflix show Derek.
Scott Bakula—the actor had in the past been nominated for four Emmys for his role on Quantum Leap and is also known for his lead role on Star Trek: Enterprise. He currently stars on the HBO series Looking, which returns for season 2 in 2015, and will also appear on CBS' NCIS: New Orleans.
Sofia Vergara—the actress has been nominated four times for her role as sexy Gloria Delgado-Pritchett on ABC's Modern Family.
Stephen Colbert—the eight-time Emmy winner, who was chosen to replace David Letterman as host of CBS' The Late Show, has won four Emmys for his hit Comedy Central series The Colbert Report, including one this year. The show is also nominated for Outstanding Variety Series.
Uzo Aduba—at the Creative Arts Emmy Awards, she took home her first Emmy, for her role as Suzanne "Crazy Eyes" Warren on Netflix's hit women's prison dramedy Orange Is the New Black.
Viola Davis—the actress, who was nominated for an Oscar for her role in The Help, also returns to television this year. She stars in the new ABC crime series, How to Get Away With Murder, which debuts in September.
Woody Harrelson—the Oscar-nominated actor won his first Emmy in 1989, for his role in Cheers. This year, he is nominated for one for his equally-as-scene-stealing role in True Detective, in which he played the hot-tempered, womanizing partner of McConaughey's character. At the 2014 Emmy Awards, truth imitates fiction—they are competing against each other.
Zooey Deschanel—the actress has played Jess on the FOX comedy show New Girl since its 2011 debut and was nominated for an Emmy for her role in 2012.
In addition, stars from other nominated shows are also expected to attend the Emmy Awards. This includes repeat contenders such as Netflix's House of Cards, PBS' Downton Abbey and BBC America's Luther, starring Idris Elba, as well as Orange Is the New Black, which nabbed its first nominations this year.
