Finally, a day made for one of our favorite movie stars!

The Toronto International Film Festival just announced they will rejoice in the beauty that is Mr. Bill Murray early next month.

"[It's] a celebration of the charismatic, wise-cracking, comedic genius of living legend Bill Murray," the festival said when announcing their plans for Sept.  5.

As part of the celebration, the festival will host free public screenings of comedy classics Stripes, Groundhog Day and Ghostbusters. The day will culminate with the world premiere of Murray's latest film, St Vincent.

Up to 50 fans who attend all three screenings will win tickets to the premiere. Not too shabby, right?

In St. Vincent, Murray plays the crankiest neighbor and babysitter we've seen in quite some time. His character is portrayed as a chain-smoking, hard-drinking United States veteran who doesn't exactly hit it off with his neighbor.

In addition to his memorable movie roles, Murray has won over millions of fans for his antics both on- and off-screen.

Whether crashing a stranger's bachelor party or photobombing a couple's engagement photo, Murray has a habit of breaking the Internet.

We also can't overlook his memorable costumes on the Late Show With David Letterman. How can our brains forget Murray as Peter Pan?!

Now do you understand why Sept. 5 just got a lot more exciting?  We can't wait to celebrate, Bill!
