KVS, PacificCoastNewsKatharine McPhee may be in the middle of divorce drama with her ex Nick Cokas, but the former American Idol contestant was just photographed kissing none other than her Scorpion co-star Elyes Gabel.
The two were spotted getting cuddly with one another on the CBS lot during a break from filming.
The latest PDA pics comes on the heels of McPhee's ex filing new divorce papers contesting her original date of separation just last week.
McPhee originally filed for divorce from her husband of nearly six years in May of this year, and claimed that the two had split in March of 2013.
McPhee's rep released the following statement to E! News at the time:
"After six years of marriage, and having been separated for the past year, Katharine McPhee has filed for a dissolution of marriage from Nick Cokas. The two have an amicable relationship and will remain friends. They ask that people respect their privacy during this time."
Cokas, however, just filed that the two were still together during the time that photos surfaced showing McPhee kissing her Smash director Michael Morris.
He also claims he has evidence to show that the two received marital counseling shortly after the pictures went public.
Timing is of the utmost importance regarding their divorce proceedings, as it determines how the former couple's money is split. Cokas is currently seeking spousal support.
Meanwhile, Morris is still married to actress Mary McCormack, whom he shares three daughters with.
