Now this is wrestling at its finest!
Millions of viewers tuned in for some serious blood, sweat and tears as the best wrestlers in the business competed for bragging rights and the top WWE title.
Featuring Total Divas stars John Cena, Nikki Bella and Brie Bella, SummerSlam 2014 had its share of suspense and surprises.
For those unable to watch the matches on pay-per-view, we've got you covered. Take a look at the legendary moments every fan will be talking about.
1) Meet Your New World Heavyweight Champion
The Brock Lesnar era is back! Even though many fans were betting on Cena to take home the title once again, Lesnar proved to get the upper hand early on in the match. "Great match between @BrockLesnar and @JohnCena. @HeymanHustle has created a monster," legendary wrestler Steve Austin Tweeted. "Frankenstein is the World Champion. #unstoppable @WWE"
2) Beat the Boss
It was Brie Bella facing off against her boss Stephanie McMahon at Sunday's SummerSlam. Despite not being in the ring in over a decade, McMahon ended up killing the Total Divas star in the ring. The fact that these two once shared a bitter feud makes things even more interesting.
3) Family Not Always First
Talk about drama! With McMahon reeling against Brie at SummerSlam, Nikki did the unthinkable by backstabbing her twin sister to help The Authority.
As wrestler Joseann Offerman Tweeted, "I thought blood is thicker than water. Guess not. #BrievsSteph"
4) Hollywood Comes Out For WWE
Anna Kendrick, Brittany Snow, Maria Menounos and David Arquette were just some of the famous celebs in attendance for Sunday's matchups. Modern Family star Eric Stonestreet was even able to go backstage where he chatted with Mike the Miz.
5) Stunning Total Divas Outfits
We can't help but acknowledge the creative (and pretty sexy) outfits the Total Divas stars were wearing Sunday night. Whether competing in the ring or watching their friends backstage, the divas always want to make sure their hair is perfectly arranged and their lipstick isn't smeared. You're looking good, ladies.
