On the Botched season one finale, we met transgender star and plastic surgery addict Monique Allen, Kelly who was unhappy with her nose and cleft lip and Myesha who is tired of having botched bags under her eyes.
Monique is a transgender singer who has had over 200 surgeries, but is still unhappy with her pixie ears.
She grew up attending Catholic all-boys school and was even an altar boy. But when she was 18, she finally told her parents that she wanted to have a sex reassignment. She went to school as Monique, worked as a correctional case records analyst and then began going around to clubs and got noticed by a record producer.

She's had brow lifts, face lift, nose jobs, augmentation to her cheeks, eight breast surgeries and much more.
She loves how she looks.
She has had over a gallon of silicone injected into her body and it's caused her skin to change texture. Her pixie ears are her real problem. The face lift put so much tension that it pulled down her ears. She's very open about her plastic surgeries and thinks everyone should be too.
Monique meets with Dr. Terry Dubrow and Dr. Paul Nassif and it's not her pixie ears that stick out.
She explains that she had free silicone injections done in Tijuana and it took over 45 surgeries to remove the damage. After all this surgery, her stomach has become disfigured. So they plan to work on that too.
Next we meet Kelly, who was born with a cleft lip and palette. Her lip and palette didn't fuse together and it makes her extremely self-conscious.
She's had multiple surgeries, but they've only made her feel worse.
Her last surgery was when she was 19, and she could tell with the bandages still on that she wasn't going to be happy.
Her lip filler isn't in the correct spot, so it gives her a droopy lip issue.
She's so unhappy with her appearance that she doesn't even like being in photos with her family. She explains, "It would mean so much to me never to have to crop a photo again."
She meets with Dr. Dubrow and Dr. Nassif to see what they can do!
Monique shares her surgery plans with her closest pals, loud and proud.
It's surgery day and Dr. Dubrow cuts around her belly button and proceeds with a tummy tuck, while Dr. Nassif plans to remove her pixie ears.
Once inside Monique, Dr. Dubrow freaks out because her stomach is full of silicone!
He's totally grossed out.
Dr. Nassif then comes in and pulls the muscles up so there is no tension on the skin. As he opens the skin flap, he discovers there is no silicone, thankfully.
Her surgeries end successfully.
Next we meet Myesha Daniels who went to Mexico and paid $150 to "mess" her up.
She was so unhappy with the puffiness under her eyes and tried everything including hemorrhoid cream, but nothing worked! So she went to Mexico after a suggestion by a friend.
Dr. Dubrow doesn't understand what she was thinking by going to Mexico.
The three of them devise a plan to hopefully match all her needs.
Myesha heads to a modeling agency in hopes of setting something up once her eyes are fixed.
Then it's the day for Kelly's surgery and she is very anxious. Dr. Nassif fractures the bones, which brings them in closer, making her nostrils symmetric and gives her a better airway. They close her up and think she will be very happy with her results.

On Monique's four day check in, she is feeling great! Her bleeding has already stopped.
She is overjoyed with the doctor's work!
It's Myesha's turn for surgery!
Dr. Nassif makes an incision inside her to expose whatever caused her fat pads to enlarge. The filler that she got in Mexico caused her fat to grow and overdevelop. They can't figure out what they injected into her eyes, but Dr. Dubrow proudly says, "The problem is solved."
On Kelly's check in, she is more confident that the results this time are going to make her happy. Dr. Nassif is very happy with her results!
Myesha reveals her new face without puffiness under her eyes and her friends and family freak out! She confidently exclaims, "Now I can walk into every modeling agency!"

Kelly and her husband never had an actual wedding, they just got married in a courthouse. So now that Kelly is more confident than ever, they have a big ceremony to renew their vows!
She doesn't worry about every little thing in pictures anymore. She explains, "I can just go with the flow!"
Monique makes her big reveal on the set of her new music video and everyone in the room flips out! She says, "I know I look improved. And improved I guess equals hotness."
Not only does she look amazing on set, her new tummy is revealed and looks absolutely flat. Her ears also transformed from pixie to perfect!
