It's summer, so you're probably looking for some creative workouts to supplement your long runs in the hot weather (because we all know how well that goes). Look no further: Prancercise has a new installment.

In case you've been living under a rock, Prancercise is a "springy, rhythmic way of moving forward, similar to a horse's gait and is ideally induced by elation" according to its YouTube description. The glorious Joanna Rohrback is the fitness instructor behind the movement, if you can call it that. The original video has well over 10 million views and is what we like to call "Internet famous," inspiring parodies and GIFs galore (including a Prancercise With Thor spinoff…incredible).

In that spirit, we've selected some of the best (and most confusing) moments from Rohrback's new Prancercise video, called "Fitness With Passion."

"Hello, it's me, Joanna Rohrback of Prancercise LLC. Now that Prancercise is in fashion, why not explore your passion? Have a partner take part and develop some fitness straight from the heart."

Wow. Magnificent.

The new Prancercise apparently involves intimidating all horses in the nearby vicinity with your graceful workout, thus causing them to flee the scene.

This guy is losing steam at a fairly rapid pace…Guess he's not cutout for the Prancercise lifestyle. Not everyone can be.

The new Prancercise also includes cool aerial shots of a majestic steed. WAIT. Is he…? Is that…? Are you serious right now, Rohrback?!

Who are you?

"When you, your partner, and other creatures move independently, you can not only get fit…You can set your spirits free!"

We can't wait for the next installment, "Gallop Your Way to Paradise" or something like that. We couldn't have said it better ourselves, Ms. Rohrback:
