Christina Ricci Welcomes a Baby Boy With Husband James Heerdegen

This is the first child for the Addams Family star and her hubby of nine months

Christina Ricci is a mom!

According to a source, the 34-year-old actress and husband James Heerdegen have welcomed a baby boy, their first child together.

Ricci, who fittingly stars next in the ensemble drama Mother's Day, first indicated that she was pregnant without saying a word, instead flashing an already pretty prominent baby bump back in May.

Her rep confirmed soon after that sighting that they were expecting.

Ricci and Heerdegen, a dolly grip who most recently has been working on the CBS Sherlock series Elementary, tied the knot on Oct. 26, 2013, in New York, about two years after meeting on the set of ABC's Pan Am.

The actress hasn't breathed a word about her pregnancy in public, but after getting engaged she did tell Us Weekly, which was first to report her son's arrival, that she "absolutely" wanted kids with Heerdegen.

"I love so many things about him," the thesp, who most recently gave a chilling turn in Lizzie Borden Took an Ax, said about her then-future hubby. "He's my favorite person on Earth."

Though now he may have been relegated to co-favorite.
