Our summer TV obsession came a little late this year (tonight!) and we aren't even mad at it.
Outlander, which just premiered on Starz, has all the makings of a Game of Thrones-sized hit. The period drama starring Catriona Balfe and Sam Heughan is best described as a "time-travel adventure romance," and already has a devout following from the wildly successful book series by Diana Gabaldon. The first episode was gorgeously shot and acted (agreed?), and, TRUST, the series gets more and more addictive with each episode.
To help feed our—and hopefully your!—ever-more-rabid Outlander obsession, we went behind the scenes, interviewing the cast and crew and discovered 16 things you probably don't know, including who gets to rub Sam's naked body for 45 minutes and call it a "job," how to look so insanely gorgeous as Catriona does without any makeup, all the secrets of the kilts and the casting, and why the Outlander fans might be the sweetest TV fandom ever to exist...Sweet and gluten-free!
