On Sunday's episode of Botched, we meet patients with mega boobs, alien boobs and even a franken-tummy.
First we meet Lacey Wildd, who has triple-L implants in each breast but wants to have triple-Qs!
This obsession started when she was younger and her sibling told her she was flat-chested. When she was old enough, she immediately got breast implants. She's had complications over the years though, including a ripped peck muscle and ripped veins because of the weight, which caused her to be rushed into surgery.
She realized she could lose her breasts for good, so she had pig skin implanted into her body around the edges and underneath to secure and hold her 21-pound breasts.
Next we meet Salina, who feels that she has "alien boobs." So in 2004, she decided to get her breasts augmented. She was so excited for the procedure that she didn't do any research and went to the first doctor she found online.
She wasn't happy with the results because they were hard and unnatural looking. However, she couldn't afford to go back into surgery, so she lived with those for many years.
But then she got involved in a serious relationship and she felt so uncomfortable when they were intimate that she realized it was time to have them fixed.
So, she went in again. However this time, it was even worse. As soon as she got home from surgery, she took off her bra! A big no-no. This resulted in her breasts being uneven and crooked.
Salina decides to meet with experts Dr. Paul Nassif and Dr. Terry Dubrow.
While they wait for her appointment, the doctors joke around with each other.
They head into the exam room to see what they can do to make Salina's breast proportionate and more natural.
Dr. Dubrow is confident that he can achieve Salina's goals, because her breasts have developed scar tissue, which will make them easier to work with.
Dr. Nassif compliments Salina's boyfriend for being so loving, and Dr. Dubrow asks him to take Dr. Nassif with him to the gym.
The final patient we meet is Cristina, who got a tummy tuck after giving birth to three kids!
Only ten minutes after her surgery, the doctors made her stand up and leave, since she was done. But they didn't give her time to relax after surgery.
A few days later, she had pinched skin like the crust on an "apple pie." She started to see her stomach opening with yellow and green discharge.
Her doctor reassured it was common and all fine. Obviously she wasn't convinced, so she went to a general doctor who did some tests and found out it was MRSA, an extremely dangerous infection.
MRSA can turn into a flesh eating disease, cut off your limbs, make you blind and even kill you.
So Cristina meets up with Dr. Dubrow and Dr. Nassif to get things corrected. She explains her situation and then they head into the exam room.
Dr. Dubrow explains that her situation is totally fixable, but she will be risking infection again. And this time, her chance is higher than before.
She agrees to do the surgery because she believes the pros outweigh the cons, but she's worried about her anxiety. He assures her that they will give her medication to mellow out.
It's Salina's surgery day, and she's nervous but ready.
Dr. Dubrow is worried that even his best work with Salina isn't going to make her happy. She then confesses that she took off the bra right away after her last surgery, and didn't take her antibiotics.
She said, "I tried on bikinis the next day." He reassures her that she caused the problems after the last surgery, and as long as she follows his directions, there should be no problems.
He plans to add mesh to strengthen the breast tissue before he adds two new implants, making them newly symmetrical.
Once in surgery, he discovers that the size of the implants were much larger than he thought they'd be. Which is a little bit of a concern, because it means he has less tissue to work with.
He's able to get her to a good, safe, comfortable result.
Next, it's Lacey's turn to consult with the doctors!
She walks into the room for her consultation and tells them she wants to get her breasts to a triple-Q.
Dr. Dubrow is stunned!
They are so shocked as she continues on about her breasts.
They head into the exam room to see what they can do.
See her crazy consulation and the insane "trick" that she does with them!
However, Dr. Dubrow thinks going bigger, will result in a disaster. He thinks she will "burst" through her skin.
Lacey then admits that their opinion isn't going to stop her from getting her breasts done by someone else.
To lighten up the mood Dr. Dubrow and Lacey ask Dr. Nassif if he's a boob or butt man...
It's the day of Cristina's surgery and she is very, very anxious.
Because of her anxiety about being put under, Dr. Dubrow is going to have her be awake.

On Salina's seven day check-in, she is ecstatic! She has less pain and everything is going smoothly.
Dr. Dubrow tells her that everything looks good, but she needs to keep following directions.
After she fully recovers she shows off some lingerie for her boyfriend!

On Cristina's day one check-in, she's in good spirits! After one day, she can already see a tremendous difference. There is no sign of any infection at this point, but she needs to stay on top of it.
Cristina fully heals and you can see the shocking difference!
