Jacqueline Laurita is returning to The Real Housewives of New Jersey, E! News has confirmed. Before we get into the details, a message for Jacqueline: For your first scene back, we hope you quoted Emma Roberts in American Horror Story: Coven and said, "Surprise, bitch. I bet you thought you'd seen the last of me."
Jacqueline, who was a series regular for seasons one through five, departed the show alongside her sister-in-law Caroline Manzo after season five. She'll appear in Caroline's upcoming spinoff, Manzo'd With Children. Dina Manzo, Caroline's sister and Jacqueline's sister-in-law, returned to the series for season six after departing during the second season. Things between sisters Caroline and Dina have been rough for some time, with neither one of them ever really speaking about the issues in public.
"I'm just done talking about it," Dina told E! News in July. "I think the more we talk about it in the press, the worse it's going to get. I'm kind of done. This week I'm doing the press junk and that's it. I don't want to mention it again because I think enough people have been through it and now it's time to stop talking about it."
As for things between Dina and Jacqueline, well, judging from their recent tweets, it's not exactly a warm relationship. But when Jacqueline appears later this season it won't be to confront Dina.
"Yes, it's true, Jacqueline will be making a return towards the end of the season. Because she still has a close relationship with Kathy [Wakile], her scenes will mostly be with Kathy," a source told E! News. "She is not coming back to stir the pot or confront her sister-in-law Dina. People assume that's what she's coming back to do, but she's not. Her appearance is relatively drama-free."
The Real Housewives of New Jersey airs Sundays at 8 p.m. on Bravo.
