Emma Roberts' Hairstylist Talks About the Star's New "Honey Blond" Hair Color and Extensions

Actress goes lighter and longer for fall

She's a golden girl once again!

As she is prone to do every few months or so, Emma Roberts got a mane makeover on Monday. The actress said buh-bye to the brunette shade she selected only two months prior and welcomed back her pretty blond hue.

"Emma couldn't be happier that she is back to blond," the actress' hairstylist Nikki Lee, co-owner of Nine Zero One Salon, told E! News exclusively. "We had to take her dark for a movie so as soon as she finished filming she was ready to change back. This time to a warm honey blond color. We wanted to try something different because in the past we've always kept her tint super bright so this was more of a natural blonde for her—which we both love!"

But going lighter wasn't the only change the 23-year-old made yesterday. She also decided to ditch the chin-length bob she'd been rocking since January, thanks to the help of extensions.  "Emma rocked the trendy short hair for a while so adding length is a nice change for her," explained Lee.
