Shirtless Robin Thicke Enjoys Innocent Family Camping Trip by the Beach—See the Pics!

There's nothing like the great outdoors!

After canceling his Friday night concert at the Indiana State Fair because of a "scheduling change," Robin Thicke was spotted spending some quality time with his son, Julian, instead.

The father-son duo traveled to Lake Perris, Calif., where they enjoyed a classic camping trip by the water.

Thicke was spotted with sleeping bags, snacks and water toys for the fun adventure Friday afternoon. He even stepped out of a giant tent (shirtless, mind you) he specifically packed for the trip.

Although some speculated that Thicke brought a new girlfriend along for the vacay, the singer's rep confirms to E! News that the female guest is none other than Julian's nanny. Operation get Paula Patton back is still in effect, folks!

The "Blurred Lines" singer has been actively trying to reconcile with Patton after the married couple separated in late February.

His new album, Paula, features plenty of heartfelt messages directed at his estranged wife.

"When you lose the love of your life, you don't have much to hide anymore," Thicke told Good Morning America when promoting the album. "I just wanted to make something artistic out of a very difficult period."
