Happy Birthday, Mr. President!

Barack Obama is turning 53 years old today, and while we're sure POTUS is getting numerous generous wishes celebrating his special day on social media from people all over the place, we're also willing to bet that none of them are sweeter than the cute post shared by his one and only, Michelle Obama.

Posting a precious picture of Barack hugging and kissing his wife while speaking at a podium on Instagram, FLOTUS writes, "Happy Birthday to the man who always makes me proud. Thank you for your friendship, honesty and compassion. I will love you always. -mo."

So sweet! But let's not forget that this married couple has not been shy in flaunting their love for one another over the years. Here are some more of the Obamas' cutest moments together:

Let's take it back to this day last year, when FLOTUS posted yet another sweet birthday message for her main squeeze!

Accompanied with a black-and-white throwback photo of the duo from 1996, Obama tweeted, "Happy birthday, Barack! Your hair's a little grayer, but I love you more than ever. –mo"

Regardless of their 20th anniversary falling on the same day as the 2012 Presidential Debate, the two lovebirds exchanged heart-warming words with each other on Twitter. "Twenty years ago today, I married the love of my life and my best friend," the president tweeted. "Happy anniversary, Michelle. —bo"

Michelle wasn't shy about flaunting her admiration either, reciprocating his message not long after. "Happy 20th anniversary, Barack," she tweeted. "Thank you for being an incredible partner, friend and father every day. I love you! —mo"

After a hard-fought, oft-nasty battle against Republican challenger Mitt Romney, Obama was re-elected for four more years in the White House, and took to social media to then share what would become one of the most popular photos in Twitter history.

"Four more years," Obama tweeted, along with a photo of him locked in a tender embrace with first lady. "This happened because of you. Thank you," Obama added. "We're all in this together. That's how we campaigned, and that's who we are. Thank you. -bo"

And then, there's the below tweet from Barack for Valentine's Day...

And who can forget the moment B.O. planted a big one on his wife for the Kiss Cam during the Team USA basketball exhibition tonight in Washington, D.C.?

Plus, there are these photographic gems of Barack and Michele that just warm our hearts...
