In this deleted scene from Sunday's episode, the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star finally explains the reasoning behind her selfie book to Brody Jenner during breakfast.
"For Valentine's Day, I couldn't think of what to get Kanye," Kim says. "And all guys love it when a girl sends them sexy pics."
"I mean, every girl takes like full pictures of their ass in the mirror," she points out.
