InstagramChris Brown is doing some reflecting.
In the midst of rumors that he and girlfriend Karrueche Tran called it quits, the "Loyal" crooner posted a shot of himself in an orange jail jumpsuit on Instagram Saturday along with a poignant message.
"I been through a lot in my life. Made a lot of mistakes along the way. But through it all I've always been true to myself and through God I've been able to take care of my family! I should regret some things but I think the lessons learned will shape me into a real man. I'm grateful and appreciative!Thank you for life!," Brown captioned the pic.
And as if his Instagram post wasn't sentimental enough, Brown went on to post a couple of Instavideos of himself singing D'Angelo's "How Does It Feel."
The 25-year-old singer's post comes just a day after reports swirled that Tran had broken up with him. According to TMZ, the model reportedly changed her number as well after Brown liked two fan photos on Instagram of him and Rihanna together.
Tran recently opened up about her relationship with Brown on Just Keke recently, discussing how she's dealt with dating someone in the public eye.
"I've never dated a celebrity before so it was very new to me, paparazzi and all that," she told host Keke Palmer, adding that his ex Rihanna made things more difficult to deal with. "And then, even the situation with Rihanna, you know the reason why people turned into this so much was because it's relatable. I have girlfriends, I have family who's gone through the same situation. It's the case of the ex. We all go through it, do you know what I'm saying?"
She went on to post a not-so-cryptic quote on Instagram that read, "You have shattered my heart, but you have not shattered my love."
